许瑞祥教授的灵芝研究论着

台湾大学许瑞祥教授的研究大致可分为三个阶段:1981~1989年,以形态分类、生化特性、交配育种研究灵芝,开发生产和研究用的菌株;1990~1999年,建构灵芝属的分子生物学监定系统;2000年迄今,以灵芝特殊基因的开发应用为主,将灵芝里的功能性蛋白和酵素单独开发应用。
